By Wednesday, a minimum of 5 Democratic lawmakers stated they acquired new inquiries from federal prosecutors relating to a video they printed in November. Within the video, they urged army service members to not observe unlawful orders.
I’m Senator Elissa Slotkin. Senator Mark Kelly. Consultant Chris Deluzio. Congresswoman Maggie Goodlander. Consultant Chrissy Houlahan. Congressman Jason Crow. Our legal guidelines are clear. You may refuse unlawful orders. You should refuse unlawful orders. He’s utilizing his political cronies within the Division of Justice to proceed to threaten and intimidate us. We took an oath to the Structure, a lifetime oath. Once we joined the army. And once more, as members of Congress, we’re not going to again away. Our job, our obligation is to ensure that the legislation is adopted.
