Brown & Brown, via considered one of its subsidiaries, has acquired the property of The Cover Group, a Minnesota-based multiline insurance coverage company.

Headquartered in Le Sueur, The Cover Group focuses on private strains and industrial property & casualty insurance coverage for small companies. The company serves greater than 16,000 purchasers throughout the state.
